Good news for WWI aviation book addicts: Bill Byrd has reopened his aviation bookstore as "Byrd Aviation Books". He now focuses on Early Aviation, Pioneer, and World War I subjects, and carries all of Albatros Publications' goodies.

Byrd Aviation Books is the place to buy WW I aviation books, as far as I know. This company is run by Barbara and Bill Byrd, who owned and operated Aeroplane Books in Williamsburg, Virginia, for many years and whom I still rank among the finest folks I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

Good Morning,
I have found that you give great customer service. I have recieved my orders in like 3 days! I am a disabled vet and can't work. I give my time to other vets in the Nashville VA hospital. The books I order are enjoyed by others. I let people borrow the books and read to some. So I have some extra money this month and will make one more order for August. You will get more orders soon. The magazine arrived Saturday. Thanks. The mailman put it in one of the big
boxes, so it arrived in perfect shape. The article on the Curtiss Wright 16
series Travel Air is why I bought the magazine. I own a model 16E and not
only is my airplane mentioned, there is a picture of it in the article too!
Great find and this will be a welcome addition to the file I am making up on
the airplane.

The book on Imperial Japanese Navy Land-Based Aviation is in excellent condition
and still wrapped in its plastic wrap!, Untouched by the consumer, until I opened it.
